MOre Haters on Lindsay Lohan and Sam

According the E! Lindsay Lohan’s close pal DJ Samantha Ronson was reportedly served with legal papers while she was in the middle of a DJ set.

According to sources, the court has issued the legal papers comprising of a summon, demanding Samantha to provide details of her finances, as she failed to settle a payment order from an unsuccessful lawsuit against Perez Hilton.

Samantha, who was playing at the Whiskey nightclub in LA, was appalled by the whole situation, when a legal representative presented the documents. "It was quite a scene, Samantha was freaking out," Contact music quoted a source present at the nightclub, as saying.

The case is due to be heard in a LA Superior Court in October.

This is a damm shame Perez Hilton is always doing something, besides eating!! I don’t think the court should be call upon poor Samantha in the middle of her Dj Set. That is just messed up!!! This is why Perez needs to be stop and I am not talking about eating!!! Lindsay Lohan is a BOSS and Perez just needs to stop hating and did I utter the word stop eating too.
